Where weavers from all over the country have brought clothes decorated with their handiwork. Many products including Kanjeevaram of Tamil Nadu, Banarasi saree of Banaras, coral silk of Assam, Kani of Kashmir, Baluchari of Bengal, Jamdani to Ikkat of Telangana are very much liked by the people.
In such a situation, a silk saree worth two lakhs has also become a topic of attraction and discussion. The special thing is that this saree can be returned even after wearing it for 50 years. One of the arguments of the customers who came to buy it was that a new bike can be bought in that time.
Can resell after wearing for 50 years
Rana, who came from Bengaluru, told Local 18 that we have the most special Kalamkari saree from South India, which is prepared by soaking in milk. The scene of Rama’s exile in Kanjeevaram, Rama’s court and the nature of the old temples of South India are well depicted.
Apart from this, we have the most special Kanjeevaram saree which is made only once in 6 months. It is completely made of silver, you can resell it by wearing it for 50 years, its cost is two lakh rupees.
Wasim Ansari ji, who went to Banaras, told that we have Banarasi sarees, which are made entirely by hand. Silk Banarasi sarees from 2000 to 50000 are currently available here.
