Potato – 1
Capsicum – 1
Carrot – 1
Tomato – 1
Onion – 1
Peas – 1/4 cup
Beans – 1/4 cup
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Coconut milk – 3/4 cup
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Ghee/Oil – 2 tbsp
salt – as per taste
Cashew – 8-10
Almonds – 8-10
Melon seeds – 1 tbsp
Pomegranate – 2 tbsp
Cashew – 1 tbsp
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp

Navratan Korma Recipe
Soak cashews, almonds and melon seeds in water for 30 minutes to make delicious Navratan Korma for lunch or dinner. After this, take them out of the water and peel off the almonds first. After this, put all the things in the mixer and grind them and prepare the paste. Now take out the prepared paste in a bowl. Then cut pieces of tomato, onion, beans, carrot, potato and capsicum.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Add finely chopped onions to it and fry on medium heat. When the onion turns golden, add ginger-garlic paste to it, mix and sauté. Then add tomatoes and fry, when tomatoes become soft, add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and cashew-melon paste to the pan and mix well. After this, add one-fourth cup of water and cook.
After cooking the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes, add all the chopped vegetables. Then add one cup of water and coconut milk and mix well. After this, cover the pan and let the vegetable cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Keep stirring the vegetables in between. Meanwhile, heat ghee in a small pan, add cashew nuts and fry them. Take it out in a bowl.
