In such a situation, if you practice Paschimottanasana and Purvottanasana regularly, it can benefit your body in many ways. This yoga practice is a kind of stretching exercise in which stretching from your feet to waist, neck and hands is done. Today in YouTube live session of News 18 Hindi Yoga instructor Savita Yadav (Savita Yadav) told the right way to do both these yoga exercises and also gave information about the precautions.
Stray like thisching
First of all, sit on the mat in Padmasan or Ardha Padmasan and stretch the body by interlocking the fingers of both the hands. After holding for some time, slowly bring the hands down and relax.

Do Paschimottanasana like this
If you have a back problem, then you should not practice Paschimottasana. Its practice affects your entire digestive system. To do this, first of all, sit straight on your mat with your legs forward. Keep the waist and neck straight. Now stretch both hands by lifting them and hold them while inhaling. Now while exhaling, move the palms near the soles and then while inhaling, raise the hands touching the ears. Do this 10 times.
Now looking in front, bend forward and hold the soles of both the feet with the palm. Your stomach will be adjacent to your thigh. Now try to touch the feet with the nose and in this condition try to hold till the count of 10.

How to do Purvottanasana
After Purvottanasana, for prepractice, put both hands behind you like a stand and sit by folding your knees. Now make a table top position by giving weight on the feet and hands. Your eyes will be towards the sky. In this way you do some other prepractice exercises.
Now to do Purvottanasana, stretch the legs forward and keep the palms on the floor behind by turning them towards the waist. Now slowly lift the weight of the whole body by giving it on the soles and palms. Your whole body will remain straight, knees will remain straight and your eyes will remain upwards.
