Boiled Potatoes – 4 big size
Gram flour – 200 grams
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 4 tsp
Finely chopped onions – 2
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Chopped green chili – 3
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

To make Tasty Potato Chops, first of all take potatoes and boil them in a pressure cooker. After this, after peeling these potatoes, keep them in a bowl and mash them all. After this, take a pan, put oil in it and heat it. When the oil is hot, put finely chopped onions in it. Will fry it while stirring for a while. When the onion turns golden brown, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder and garam masala will be added to it. Now fry this mixture for 1 to 2 minutes. After this, chopped green chillies and green coriander leaves will also be added to it.

Now put the already mashed potatoes in this prepared mixture. Will mix them well with the mixture. However, it is necessary to stir occasionally with the help of a ladle, so that the mixture does not stick to the pan. After roasting for some time, the mixture for the chops is ready. Now turn off the gas. When it cools down, take another bowl, add gram flour, cornflour and a little baking powder and mix them all. Now mix a little water in it and prepare a batter of gram flour. Keep in mind that pour water little by little, so that the solution can be saved from getting diluted.

After this, take the prepared potato mixture and make small tikkis out of it. When all the tikkis are made, we will dip them one by one in gram flour batter. After this, heat oil in a pan for frying the tikkis. When the oil is hot, fry the tikkis dissolved in gram flour in it. Keep in mind that during this time the gas flame should be medium. When the tikkis become brown and crispy from both the sides, take them out one by one in a plate. Now ready tasty potato chops can be served with green chutney or tomato sauce.
