New Delhi. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has now attached 3 properties in connection with the terrorist-gangster-drug peddler nexus case after raids in several states. The links of the property owners with terrorists based abroad have also been revealed, in which the name of Arsh Dala is included. The agency has attached three properties in Haryana and Delhi owned by organized crime syndicate members who have links with ‘listed individual terrorist’ Arsh Dala and other foreign-based terrorists after raids at 129 locations in different states.

The attached properties include a house of Irfan alias Chhenu Pahalwan in Delhi and two houses of Kaushal Chowdhary and Amit Dagar in Gurgaon district of Haryana. According to the NIA investigation, all these properties were ‘proceeds of terrorism’, which were used for planning and executing terror crimes. Significantly, on 17 May 2023, raids were conducted at places associated with gangsters and their associates in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Delhi/NCR.
